Wild Foraged Elderberry Syrup

from $38.00

Brewed twice a month on New and Full Moons.

Our wild foraged elderberry syrup is one of our best sellers.

Handpicked from regions of the Catskill Mountains all the way through the Delaware Water Gap regions this is truly a remarkable folk remedy.

Sambucus Canadensis is the native Elderberry to the East in North America. This berry gives off a much deeper red hue than its cousin Sambucus Nigra which is sourced from Europe.

Both contain many similar healing properties and effects. We just prefer “local” or at the very least from our own bioregion.

Another amazing quality of our Syrup is we harvest our water from natural living water sources.

This ensures the highest mineral content in our syrup which helps to aid in healing and maintaining homeostasis.

Our ginger is grown in house. Our honey is also harvested in house from our apiary.

Note we recently had some random pails of honey tested for Glyphosate and are happy to report we are free and clear. We will be using the honey that was tested in our elderberry syrup from now on.

Our cinnamon and cloves are sustainably sourced.

Our Elderberry Syrup is brewed fresh and shipped the day after it is completely cooled. We do not use ANY preservatives or anything to keep it fresh longer. Usually when it has not been heated or cooled at extreme temperatures it can last for a month or longer in the fridge.

However, we encourage everyone to dose out your syrup into ice cube trays and freeze to seal in the freshness and have it last for up to a year.
