Shipping & Retruns

SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for products to be shipped. Many of our products are crafted to order. Once shipped delivery times are beyond our control. We ship all of our products with 2-day priority shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will provide tracking numbers once available.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products being meant for use on one’s body or as an ingestible item all sales are final. We do not offer refunds and we cannot accept returns on any of the items in our store. If you have an issue, please contact Admin@QueenBeesFarmacy.com and we will happily work out a viable solution.

There are no refunds on Bee School Admission. If the host or us the farm have to postpone or reschedule, we will get another date on the calendar for that area as soon as possible. Any family that is not able to attend for any reason, can make up the class at ANY of our locations throughout the year. If you are unable to attend in that current season, you will have one more opportunity the following season to make up the class. WE DO NOT CANCEL BEE SCHOOL!!!

PAYMENT:

● If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then

Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your

purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to

complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your

purchase transaction information is deleted.

managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort

of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
